Barco ClickShare CSE-200 — Wireless Presentation Base Unit

The base unit of a Barco ClickShare CSE-200 wireless presentation system. It connects to a boardroom display or projector over HDMI and lets meeting participants share their screens wirelessly — up to 16 connected users, with two shown on screen at once. Backed by a 12-month warranty from Reboot IT.

Base unit only — no Buttons and no power adapter. A CSE-200 normally ships with two ClickShare Buttons and a power supply. Neither is included here. Without Buttons you can still present using the ClickShare desktop or mobile app over the network, but the plug-in-and-press Button workflow most people associate with ClickShare will not be available until you source Buttons separately. A 12 V DC supply is also required.

Key Benefits

  • No cables at the table — participants share wirelessly instead of passing an HDMI lead around, which removes the connector-compatibility problem entirely.
  • Two presenters side by side — the CSE-200 composites two shared screens onto one display, so a comparison or hand-over does not need a full switch.
  • Sixteen people connected — the whole room can be joined and ready, with any two of them on screen at a time.
  • Any device — laptops, phones and tablets all present, with no dongle-per-platform problem and no meeting spent hunting for an adapter.
  • Network integration — the RJ45 port lets the base unit join the corporate LAN for central management and app-based sharing.
  • Buy the base unit alone — useful if you already hold spare ClickShare Buttons, or need to replace a failed base unit in an existing fleet.

Performance in Use

ClickShare exists to solve one specific and very familiar meeting-room problem: the first five minutes lost to cables. Someone has USB-C, someone else has HDMI, the room lead is mini-DisplayPort, and the adapter has walked. The base unit sits permanently on the display and every participant shares to it wirelessly instead.

The CSE-200 is the mid-tier unit in the CSE line, and the two-simultaneous-user feature is what distinguishes it from the entry model. In practice that matters most in review and comparison meetings — two documents, a design and its reference, or a hand-over between presenters — where switching back and forth breaks the flow of discussion.

Be clear about what this unit is before buying. It is the base unit only. In a complete CSE-200 the Buttons do the heavy lifting: plug one into a laptop's USB port, press it, and you are on screen in a couple of seconds with nothing to install. Without them, sharing runs through the ClickShare app over the network instead, which works but requires the software and appropriate network access. Factor the cost of Buttons in if you need that workflow.

Condition Grades

Grade A — Excellent Excellent to very good cosmetic condition. May carry light scratches or other minor blemishes from normal service. Fully tested and functionally as-new.
Grade B — Good Good cosmetic condition with more visible wear, scuffing or marking to the casing. Function and performance are unaffected and testing is identical to Grade A.

Cosmetic grading describes the casing only. Every unit, whatever its grade, is tested to the same standard and carries the same warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are ClickShare Buttons included?

No. This is the base unit only. A CSE-200 normally ships with two Buttons; neither is supplied here. You can still present using the ClickShare desktop or mobile app over the network, or source Buttons separately — the system supports up to 16.

Is a power adapter included?

No. The base unit takes a DC input and no supply is included, so you will need to source a compatible 12 V adapter before use.

Can I use it without Buttons at all?

Yes, via the ClickShare app on a laptop, phone or tablet connected to the same network. The Buttons are the fastest route but they are not the only one.

Does it support 4K?

No. The CSE-200 outputs up to 1920 × 1200 over HDMI. If you need 4K presentation, a later ClickShare model is the right choice.

How many people can share at once?

Up to 16 users can be connected, with any two displayed on screen simultaneously.

What is shipping and delivery like?

Shipping costs apply based on size and destination — rates are calculated at checkout. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are typically dispatched the same business day from our Melbourne warehouse.
